If you would like to accept a booking request from an Airbnb guest and approve the reservation (pre-approval),
From Dashboard > Messages, view the order details.
You can accept the request by clicking [Approve Booking].
When Waiting for Guest Identity Verification on Airbnb
Even if a booking request has been created on Airbnb, if the status is “Waiting for Identity Verification”, the booking is not yet confirmed. Therefore, it will not be synced to AirHost.
Therefore, inventory will not be automatically blocked at this stage. Only when identity verification is completed on Airbnb and the booking is confirmed will the reservation be synced to AirHost, and the inventory block will be applied automatically. If you need to secure availability, please manually block the inventory in AirHost if necessary.
