[Overview]
This section explains the actual screen that guests will use for pre check-in, as well as the overall pre check-in process.
Guests can access the dedicated check-in page by opening the URL included in the instruction message sent from the property. They will then be guided step-by-step to enter the required information.
To use this feature, the following conditions must be met:
Option: Purchase of the Check-in feature (Lite, Pro, or Premium) is required.
To collect unpaid balances or deposits: Purchase of the Payment Solution Integration option is required.

Messages are sent to guests using the [Auto Messages] feature in AirHost ONE HMS.

By inserting the [Pre-check-in URL] tag into the message template, guests can access their dedicated check-in page (as shown in the image on the right) via the URL included in the message they receive.

Steps for Guest Pre Check-In
The following explains the process assuming all menu options are enabled.
Any unnecessary menus can be disabled as needed.
1. Click the blue [Pre-check-in] button in the center of the main page.
2. After reviewing the property Terms and Conditions, select [Agree]. You will not be able to proceed to the next step unless you agree.
3. Click [Edit Guest info] next to the appropriate guest name to fill out the Guest Form (Guest Registration).
4. Fill in the guest form and click Save.
*You can collect guest information, including passport photos.

5. If there are required fields for accompanying guests, the [Next] button will appear after entering and saving the necessary information.
*If any required fields are left blank, you will not be able to proceed to the next step.
6. If there is an outstanding balance on the accommodation fee, guests will be required to enter their credit card information.

Once the payment is completed, the [Next] button will appear.
About “Link”
This is not an AirHost feature, but a service provided by Stripe.
Link is a membership-based one-click payment service offered by Stripe. Once you register your credit card information, address, etc., on a Link-supported site, you can quickly make future payments simply by using the email address registered with Link.
7. To collect a deposit, guests are required to enter their credit card information.

If the guest has entered their credit card information in a previous step to pay any outstanding accommodation fees, that information may be retained on the same device (such as a smartphone), as long as they continue using it.
In such cases, on the deposit payment screen, the guest can proceed with the payment simply by selecting the saved card, without needing to re-enter their card details.
Once the payment is completed, the [Next] button will appear.
8. A guidance message of [Instruction] will be displayed.

9. When you tap the [Go to Homepage] button, two buttons will be displayed:
[Display QR Code] and [Redirect to my booking details page].
