[FAQ] Are there any reservations that cannot be imported when connecting to an OTA (channel)?

In general, all OTAs only import future reservations from the time the OTA is connected to AirHost.
Past reservations are not imported.

In addition, even for future reservations, some OTAs have different reservation import conditions. For reservations that cannot be imported automatically, please create manual bookings in AirHost or use the booking import feature to manage them.

Please note that reservations created manually or imported using the reservation import feature will not automatically reflect updates made on the OTA side. Be sure to check the reservation status on the OTA side and manually update the reservation in AirHost if necessary.

Only reservations confirmed within 7 months prior to the AirHost connection date can be imported automatically.

Future reservations confirmed more than 7 months before the connection date will not be imported automatically. Please create manual reservations in AirHost.

Only reservations confirmed within 90 days prior to the AirHost connection date can be imported automatically.

If Expedia is connected to AirHost on or after April 1, 2025, confirmed future reservations can be imported automatically up to 500 days in advance.

However, for future reservations confirmed after the room code and plan code have been configured on the Ikyu side, reservations will only be imported automatically if the reservation is modified after connecting to AirHost.

As a result, manually created reservations and automatically imported reservations from Ikyu.com may become duplicated.

If duplication occurs, cancel the manually created reservation and assign the automatically imported reservation from Ikyu.com to the room.
