[FAQ] Are there any reservations that cannot be imported when connecting to an OTA (channel)?

Basically, all OTAs will only import future reservations from the time of connection. Past reservations will not be imported.

Additionally, even for future reservations, there are restrictions on the types of reservations that can be imported for the following OTAs. For reservations that cannot be imported, they need to be manually created and managed.

  • Rakuten Oyado (formerly Rakuten Vacation Stay): Only reservations confirmed up to 7 months before the date of connection with our system can be imported. For reservations made more than 7 months ago, manual reservation entry in our system is required.

  • Agoda: Only reservations confirmed up to 90 days before the date of connection with our system can be imported. For reservations made more than 90 days ago, manual reservation entry in our system is required.

  • Expedia: Reservations confirmed before the date of connection with our system will not be automatically imported. Therefore, you will need to manually entry the reservations in our system.

  • Trip.com: Reservations confirmed before the date of connection with our system will not be automatically imported. Therefore, you will need to manually entry the reservations in our system.
