[FAQ] Are there any reservations that cannot be imported when connecting to an OTA (channel)?

Basically, all OTAs will only import future reservations from the time of connection. Past reservations will not be imported.

Additionally, even for future reservations, there are restrictions on the types of reservations that can be imported for the following OTAs. For reservations that cannot be imported, they need to be manually created and managed.

  • Rakuten Oyado (formerly Rakuten Vacation Stay): Only reservations confirmed within the past 7 months from the date of connection with our system can be imported. Reservations made more than 7 months prior must be manually create in our system as manual reservations.

  • Agoda: Only reservations confirmed within 90 days prior to the date of connection with our system can be imported.
    Reservations made more than 90 days prior must be manually create in our system as manual reservations.

  • Expedia: For properties that connect Expedia with AirHost on or after 1 April 2025, confirmed future reservations can now be automatically imported up to 500 days in advance.

  • Trip.com: Reservations confirmed before the date of connection with our system will not be automatically imported. Therefore, you will need to manually create these reservations in our system.

  • Ikkyu.com / Yahoo! Travel

    1. Properties that have never connected to a channel manager with Ikkyu before and are using the reservation data download service for the first time.

    2. Properties that were previously connected to Ikkyu via another channel manager, but have future reservations confirmed before that channel manager was implemented.(
