[Overview]

This section explains how to set restrictions on check-ins and check-outs for specific dates or periods, applicable only to "Airbnb," "Trip.com," and "Traveloka."

Setting from Rate Management

  1. Go to Dashboard >> Rate Management, and click "✐ Bulk Edit" for the desired room type. A bulk edit menu will pop up on the right side. Scroll down to see the settings screen for "Check-in and Check-out Restrictions."

2. In the bulk edit menu, after setting the period or days, select the plan for "Check-in and Check-out Restrictions." Check the relevant boxes for □ Cannot check-in, □ Cannot check-out, and save.

Settings from Airbnb Synchronization

With Airbnb synchronization, it is possible to set restrictions on check-in and check-out days.

Note: This feature is not available on other OTAs.

  1. Go to Management Console >> Channels >> Name indicating Airbnb >> ... >> Content Management.

2. In the settings for "Days when check-in is possible" and "Days when check-out is possible," please select the appropriate days.。
